Urgent opening for a new AMC being set up in Mumbai :-
Head - Retail Sales - AMC ( also need a separate Head - Institutional Sales
for the AMC)
The person will be responsible for -
:: To Plan and strategize for marketing of MF products,
:: Heading a group of BDM/RM all across India.
:: Shall be responsible for the strategic sales planning and target
monitoring and achievement.
:: Maintaining, retaining and developing key investors and other market
relationships.
:: Building Strong relationships with banks MNC`s Nationalized & Private.
:: Chasing the numbers and achieving sales target consistently
:: Building MF Institution client distribution network and ensuring optimal
performances of distribution systems and network in the territory.
:: Promoting the Funds products to the Treasury Department of Banks and
Corporates
:: Training, motivating & ensuring high productivity of levels in the team.
:: Relationship Management with Bank Branch Managers/Zonal Managers/
Regional Managers/ Treasury managers/ Area Sales Managers
:: Preparation of Sales related reports.
:: Contribute towards product development
Candidate Profile
We are looking for 8- 10 yrs of relevant experience
- Candidates with experience in Sales/ Business Development
- Good understanding of Mutual Funds / Financial Services/ Stock
Broking
- Sound knowledge of client retention, strategic insight and
ability to communicate the thinking at all levels.
- An inclusive approach and ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong presentation, organizational, & analytical skills
- Should have at least 5-8 years experience in Institutional Sales
/ Retails Sales
- Strong Sales orientation is essential.
- Outstanding educational background: Post Graduate: MBA/PGDM in
any specialization (preferably a post graduate in Finance/Marketing)
