Profile Description
Manager
C.A. / MBA with 4-5 yrs experience in capital market related activities. Preferable if the candidate has worked in a Bank in similar capacity or a Broking company of repute.
Dy. Manager
C.A. / Inter C.A. with 1 - 2 years experince in capital market related activities. Preferable if the candidate has worked in a Bank in similar capacity or a Broking company of repute.
Role / Responsibilities :
The main activities that the incumbants will be expected to carry out would broadly comprise include: -
1. Marketing of Funds Settlement and Securities Pool accounts of members of both Equity as well as Commodities Exchanges.
2. Processing applications for working capital requirements (fund and non fund based limits) and forward the same through the Branch
Head to C.O. (Capital Markets ) for sanction.
3. Marketing of Depository Pool Accounts of brokers, corporates and individuals.
4. Facilitate prompt transfer of funds to Capital Market Division, Fort Branch, Mumbai, for pay-in / additional base capital requirements of
the brokers.
