Position: Delivery Leader
Responsible for:
n Management oversight of the GFX,commodities Quants teams of Front Office
Off shored function in Mumbai.
n High degree of visibility of heads of different functional groups across
all global operations
n Coordinates business operations for multiple off- shored functions
n Consults with senior management in evaluating current methods and
developing strategies to implement changes and improvements
n Management of resource allocation as well as quality and productivity
n Knowledge of various business units, functional areas and products
Specifications:
n PHD in a relevant field/ PG from a premier institute
n Minimum work experience of 9 years - with at least three to five years in
a man management role
n Business management experience in managing off shoring related function
n Wide product knowledge in global origination, structuring and distribution
of similar products
n Proven people and project management skills
n Proven oral and written communication skills
n Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
n Work under pressure in a fast paced, demanding environment while
maintaining/ enhancing quality performance levels
n Proven track record in managing a P&L/business - including various
administration duties
n Excellent team player with strong onshore business partner focus skills.
