Financial Controller - Asset Management Company (Folks with experience in
AMC's / Investment Banks / Broking Houses only NEED APPLY)
The primary responsibility will be to manage and monitor the entire Finance
gamut of AMC which would include handling the overall Accounting, Taxation,
Audit, Budgeting, Financial Control, MIS Reporting and all other corporate
matters of the company
Some of responsibilities would include:
. Cash & fund flow management
. Coordination with external clients like Banks and Liasoning with
Regulatory Authorities and Registrars.
. Liasoning with Internal auditors for finalization of accounts
. Advise management on strategic initiatives considering the
regulatory and statutory requirements.
. Compliance with various Statutory Acts like PF, ESIC, Income Tax,
FBT, Service Tax etc.
. Preparation and finalization of Accounts, Monthly income
statements, Balance Sheet & Audit reports.
Candidate Profile

Work Experience:
The candidate must have 6-9 years experience in corporate finance and
accounts in an AMC / Broking House/ Investment Bank.
