Job Profile:
·He will be responsible for Mall operation management. Responsible
for total Mall Management. Collection of rent, CAM and utilities.
Analysis of P&L, sinking fund and prevailing rates of lease is the
Key Area. To include brand - building, designing effective marketing
strategies to identify new business opportunities and commit
resources, client - relationship, security, parking, house - keeping,
media tie - ups and celebrity - visits in close co- ordination with
the Mall technical team.
·Tie-ups with different advertising companies for signage's marketing
spaces.
·Responsible for cross promotions, events at the mall.
·Responsible for licenses, approvals and NOC from govt departments.
·Also conduct training sessions for the team members.
