Profile:
Engineering in computer science / electrical engineering from IIT or
equivalent tier 1 engineering college and MBA from IIM/XLRI or
equivalent tier I colleges. Candidates must have a flair for technology
and must be involved ment in the emerging trends of consumer /home IT
and IT for businesses.
Experience:
4 – 6 years having exposure to Operations, people management,
service delivery management in a IT / other services environment.
Steady in the past job. People who have done more than 3 jobs need not
apply.
Role:
Integrate Service Delivery, service readiness, support functions and
build a robust delivery center, currently at 63 in headcount and take
it to over 1000+ in the next three years. Introduce new
products/services, develop and create technology platform and other
customer value adds that become part of our service offering. Thought
leadership role, part of the think tank. Reporting to SBU head, SBU
will get spun off as a separate company at a logical point.
