Looking for a Manager- Compensation & Benefits for a real estate MNC
client. The position is based in Delhi/NCR
The person should be a MBA, have experience of atleast 4 years in
planning, designing compensation and incentive structures. Should be
strong in numbers, MS Excel. HR candidates with a finance background
will be preferred.
The person would be primarily responsible for:
* Designing and delivering the Compensation and Benefits/Reward
Programs, such as sales incentives, pay review processes, grading
structures, benefit reviews etc.
* Compensation management and designing employee benefit policies
in view of market corrections, suggestions on merit rise in line with
business growth.
* Creating incentive schemes aligned to the current business goals
& timely reviewing & making recommendations on the existing incentive
practices.
* Assisting in proposing the optimum mix of fixed pay and variable
pay across various functions, as well as employee benefits based on an
understanding of different kinds of compensation plans
