Job role:
The ideal candidate would be responsible in
Strategizing the purpose, budgets, implementation programs for CSR programs for all over the world with special focus in India
Guiding and advising the top management on the CSR programs
Interacting with Govt and other institutions
Motivating the Heads of Dept for effective involvement
Proactively examining opportunities designed to benefit the organization and the community in terms of the environment, diversity, human rights, social impact, and the economy
Aligning corporate social responsibility strategies and goals with organizational goals
Communicating the impact of corporate social responsibility to capital markets, shareholders, and other stakeholders
Candidate profile:
The ideal candidate should have
15 years of experience in CSR function
Knowledge of Fund Allocation & Management
Good understanding of area of CSR
Ability to motive people in CSR area
MBA or MSW
