Heading a 200 person captive HR Outsourcing and Finance & Accounts Shared Services division (Across Offshore Development Centres)
Driving performance efficiencies, transition processes
Responsible for HR Outsourcing, Staffing & Employee Solutions providing international Human Capital & Data Processing BPO
Optimizing efficiencies and economics of having a shared service for HR and Finance function
The candidate should have:
CA
12-15 years overall experience
4-6 years experience in HR and Accounting handling back-end operations in the BPO industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Analytical and numerical ability
Working knowledge of shared services
Remuneration: Rs. 25 - 30 Lakhs p.a.
