Primary Duties/Responsibili ties
• Define the user experience (design, deploy and manage) for the foundational component of the Sonoa network oriented messaging platform
• Identify product requirements and own creating detailed functional specifications
• Understand competitive solutions and research technology and market trends to help define the vision and scope for future versions of the product
• Work across PM and R&D teams (in US and India) to bound and prioritize requirements for phased approach to building out a network oriented platform
• Assist in writing Technical product collateral; Technical White papers, Presentations, Frequently Asked Questions, Technical Notes
• Manage and conduct Product Beta Programs offsite and at Customer site
• Keep current with functional industry trends/requirements . This can include professional association membership/particip ation, education, periodical/literatu re review
Minimum Education
• BS or MS degree and/or equivalent experience relevant to functional area
• MBA preferred
Minimum Experience 5 – 7 years
