Engineering Graduate (Preferably Electronics / Electrical / Telecommunication ) with MBA from premier Institute with minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in following areas :-

* Strategic / Corporate Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, project feasibility & Project Planning
* Generate Business Plans in Manufacturing Environments
* New Product Development, Cost optimization & Process Improvement.
* Quantitative and Qualitative analysis
* Business Intelligence & Risk Management
* Good understanding of Industry trends , performance parameters of a business / market , business dynamics, Industry structures etc.
* Market analysis & Reviews of relevant data.
* Organize, evaluate and disseminate critical information
* Developing Functional Level Strategy
* Defining a vision statement and translate into successful business propositions.
* Defining the mission, values and beliefs and ensure translation of same into goals / objectives
* Generate opportunities for growth through new products & new markets as per the Business Plan to meet the targets laid out in the company vision.
* Enhance the top & bottom line of the organization, by proactively conceiving unique and competitive strategies with respect to existing businesses or keep a look out for new channels/businesses for the same.
* Looking out for win win possibilities/ alliances to enhance the penetration of the business in related or even unrelated markets.
* Basic KRA will be to broad base the business, chart out a road map to desired bottom lines
* Exploring & identifying acquisition targets for achieving the business goal.
* Identify projects to optimize assets utilization .
