Position : Fund Manager - Fixed Income (for an Asset Management
Company)
Location : Mumbai
Company : Investment Bank setting up an AMC
Job Description: Profile would involve conceptualizing and modeling sound
investment ideas and strategies and testing their robustness through back
testing. It would also involve post trade analytics and performance
monitoring.
The person will be responsible for -
. Articulating the investment philosophy of the fund
. Striking a balance between risk and return i.e. maximizing returns
and minimizing risks as per the investment philosophy of the fund
. Striking deals at best possible prices so as to maximize returns
. Daily monitoring of cash flows based on inflows and outflows
. Assessment of liquidity and asset liability management based on
investor concentration
. Providing investors an update on the markets
. Designing new products
. Supporting the Sales team in Client penetration
Candidate Profile
We are looking for 6-8 years of relevant experience
- Candidates with experience in Fund Management
- Good understanding of Financial Modeling
- Sound knowledge of client retention
- An outstanding educational background (preferably a post graduate
in Finance)
- Cash flow Management
