We urgently need a Chief Operating Officer for an Asset Management Company
in Mumbai.
The Person will head :-
:: Investor Services
:: Risk & Quality
:: HR
:: Admin
:: Technology
The person will be responsible for -
. MIS reporting for various Sub- LoB's- Design and Execution
. MIS reporting for AM as a unit
. Evaluating legal agreements to ensure compliance with EW
requirements
. Setting up and monitoring of service level agreements with
internal & external service providers
. Investor servicing
. Risk Management
Candidate Profile:
:: Min 10+ years of experience
:: Should have good experience in Mutual Fund industry
. Ideally the candidate should have worked in a securities
environment and handled contractual agreements.
. He/she should have sound knowledge of managing business processes
using quantitative tools.
. Knowledge of SEBI guidelines would be an added advantage.
