Position: Associate Vice President - Customer Service

Profile:
The Associate Vice President - Customer Service will be responsible for
managing the Investor Service Centers (ISCs) of Nothern India. This includes
managing ISCs in New Delhi, Indore, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Lucknow and any new
ISCs that may be set up over time, co-ordinating with regional ISCs of the
transfer agency and also assisting the Vice President - Customer Service in
the daily as will as adhoc activities and reports.

Customer Service Officers of ISCs in New Delhi, Indore, Chandigarh, Jaipur &
Lucknow
Specifications:
* Graduate/MBA
* 2-6 years experience in customer service in financial industry -
banks/FIs/AMC/ Insurance Cos.
* Excellent Communication skills
