Yes Food and Agribusiness India Fund (a Private Equity fund being launched by Yes Bank India) is currently looking to hire an Investment Specialist, with work experience of 7-9 years, with at least 3 years experience in Private Equity.
The key responsibilities of the Investment Specialist would be
- Financial analysis of investment opportunities, valuation
- Participation, jointly with team in deal structuring
- Active role in negotiations with potential investee companies
- Post-investment monitoring of financial performance of investee companies
- Participation in development of Fund strategy
The Investment Analyst could be based in either of New Delhi or Mumbai.
