Details about the position:
Position: Assistant Vice President (Regional Client Solutions Team)
Reporting to :
Principal; Senior Investment Banker - Regional Client Solutions Team – Hong Kong and
MD; Senior Investment Banker, India Client Manager – New Delhi (for day-to-day activities)

Responsibilities:
1. Detailed company research and analytics focusing on Strategic and Priority clients in the region, including thorough industry analyses
2. Work closely with bankers and product specialists to proactively devise holistic financial solutions for clients based on detailed research; solutions primarily revolve around debt capital raising, structured finance, interest rate and foreign exchange derivatives, asset management, global treasury services and trade finance. Equity and M&A will also be considered for international markets.
3. Led by senior ‘bankers’, take ideas and solutions to targeted clients through face-to-face interactions and presentations.
4. Utilization of numerous public databases and proprietary tools to facilitate research and analytical activities
5. Continual tracking and monitoring of client activities and developments within relevant industries
6. Main area of coverage is India’s financial institutions and corporates, however as part of a regional team coverage activities may extend throughout the Asia Pacific region
Personal Profile Required :
Education Background : MBA from Indian Institute of Management (any of the 5 institutes) 2002/2003 batch .
Years of experience: -
1. 3-5 years experience either at a global financial institution, corporate advisory group of an accounting or law firm or in-house business development group of corporate.
2. Ability to work within team environments and to liaise with colleagues located throughout the global network
3. Strong analytical, financial and modeling skills
4. Self starter with strong interest in corporate finance
5. Strong oral and written communication skills including presentation
6. Post graduate studies and FI experience will be favorably viewed
