Profile:
* Sourcing category products or services and managing overall vendor
relationships in the area of Non Production Spend (Indirects)
* Maximising value from all third party spend, in line with business,
regional and global agendas.
* Developing a Category Business Plan for every category managed
* Develop a clear strategy for managing indirects procurement across
the BU, which will drive value for each stakeholder' s spend area and meet
the financial targets set for the department. Communicate and embed the
strategy throughout the BU
* Identify, facilitate and deliver benefits through strategic sourcing
/ e - sourcing / demand management / vendor relationship management / value
optimisation techniques working in tandem with the concerned stakeholder/ s
* Identify the optimum supplier relationships for the organisation,
negotiate value driven agreements that are in line with defined commercial
and legal requirements and subsequently manage the supplier relationships
along with the stakeholders
Indirect Spend Categories will include - Sales & marketing ( Creative
Agencies, Media Agencies, Event Management Agencies, Pre Press Agencies,
Animatics, Studios, etc); HR & Admin (Travel Agencies, Hotels, Airlines, Car
Rentals/ Lease, HR related Services, Consultants, etc); Supply Chain (MRO,
Capital equipment, Transportation, Fuel, etc); IT & Telecom (Mobiles phones,
Landlines, WANs, IT outsourcing, IT Hardware, Software and Services, etc)
Specifications:
* 1-5 years experience post MBA
* If there is no post graduation the no of years will need to be more
and experience relevant
* Procurement/ purchase experience in a MNC. Should have handled vendor
relationships
* Excellent relationship management skills
