Profile
Business recovery – diagnosing, advising, implementing solutions to
recover under performing businesses
• BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT – performance improvement; disposal of non-
core activities, turnaround and reconstruction
• SERVICE FOR LENDERS – strategies for under-performing investments
• LIQUIDATION AND INSOLVENCY – exit solutions for discontinued
business
• PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT – advise lenders in asset classification and
value assessment, develop / implement recovery improvement
strategies
• ARC SERVICES – assist in structuring and setting up of ARCs,
design of schemes/ instruments and in valuation, acquisition and
disposal of NPAs
• PERFORMANCE MONITORING – detailed review of business plan,
monitoring of borrowers' business operations, setting up and
monitoring cash sweeps
Education: MBA from a premier/ good institute or CA's (Preferably
1st Attempt)
Experience: 4-6 years relevant experience (looking at entry level
manager), We can explore somebody with 8-10 years experience at
Senior Manager level also.
Basic skills - financial/ strategic advisory skills, understanding
of financial statements and their analysis - profile can include
people with corporate banking in private sector banks, credit rating
organizations
Soft skills - good report writing, good communication and inter-
personal skills
