Position: - Technical Project Manager (VP) - Front Office Project
(Equity Trading).
Job Profile: -
The professional: -
- Should preferably have a Graduate Degree from IIT/NIT/BITS and/or a
Post Graduate Qualification from IIM/Top 10 B-School MBA.
- Must have 6 – 9 years of Post qualification experience in designing
Software projects for the Front Office Desk of leading Investment
Banks including Design and Development of projects in the Trading
domain.
- Should have excellent experience in Application Development,
Business Analysis and Functional Project Management roles in the
Front Office Projects.
- Should have experience interacting with Senior Traders to translate
Business Requirement into Technical Requirement and get involved into
Project Management for the delivery of Technical projects.
- Should have excellent experience in Server side Java, Oracle/Sybase
and Unix/Linux/Solaris.
- Should have experience in entire Project Management Life Cycle
(Business design to develop, roll out and Support) for Front Office
Investment Banking Projects.
- Should have excellent experience in end-to-end Functional Project
Management including Requirement Gathering, Functional Design, Impact
Assessment, Business Analysis, Project delivery, Testing and Release
Management.
- Should also have good understanding of Investing banking products
and deep insights into the working of front office functions of a
Large, Tier I Investment Bank.
- Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
