Vendors), Pune (www.bmc.com) . We are looking for MBAs
who will be responsible for increasing revenues and
market share of BMC Solutions by developing marketing
strategies, executing marketing plans, and enabling
sales teams. These professionals will support the
growth and success of business through direct
involvement in sales opportunities with a particular
focus on Asia-Pacific.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Conduct detailed market/ customer research and
analysis
2. Participate in definition of overall solution
strategy and market plans
3. Develop solution collateral and tools to increase
sales
4. Conduct pricing analyses and develop pricing
strategies
5. Research and identify new sales opportunities for
assigned solutions
6. Work with and support sales teams on specific
business opportunities
7. Track competitive activities and generate
competitive tools to support sales
DESIRED PROFILE:
1. Degree in Engineering plus an MBA from leading
B-School
2. Strong oral and written communication skills needed
to communicate with and present to various levels of
internal and external personnel
3. Prior marketing experience (preferable)
4. Demonstrated ability to team with marketing, sales,
and technical employees around the world
5. Demonstrated project management and analytical
skills
6. Ability to establish effective working
relationships
7. Solid understanding of the IT Systems Management
market (preferable)
8. Ability to work with ambiguity and/or incomplete
information
9. Commitment to the ideals of excellence and
integrity
10. Dedication to the principles of collaboration and
continuous improvement
11. Optimism and ability to avoid frustration during
difficult times. Good sense of humor
