mentioned opening.
Designation: Deputy Manager / Manager (depending on Qualifications and yrs
of experience)
Reporting to: Deputy Director - Response Corporate
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualize new ideas, research the new ideas, and evaluate them
objectively from a market and financial standpoint; new and existing
products.
2. The individual will be responsible for successfully taking a product
from concept to commercialization; concept-to-market lifecycle.
3. Understanding clients' brief - providing product salience from the
user's perspective.
4. Co-ordinating the entire product development including requirement
analysis finalizing specifications - content, features, etc.
5. Responsible for continual enhanced innovation and reduced cost of
ownership.
6. Responsible for Product Launch sampling in conjunction with sales
team.
7. Development and launch of product related services; including value
additions.
8. Developing business logics.
9. Managing the overall operations for the improvement in the existing
products based on market trends and requirements.
10. Managing operations involving design & development.
11. Front ending product and marketing strategy.
12. Plan, develop, and direct the marketing efforts; responsible for
coordinating activities of specialists in production, sales, advertising,
promotion, marketing research, purchasing, distribution, package
development, and finance.

Profile of the Candidate:
1. Should be an MBA with 2 to 5 years of experience in a Product
Development function, preferably in a media (IT/Web/Online product
experience preferable), telecom or any other high velocity service industry.
2. Should have excellent communication and organization skills, unique
combination of creative and analytical talents.
3. High degree of tolerance for uncertainty since new product
development is ever changing.
4. Results oriented, Possess strong interpersonal skills.
