Responsible for identifying business expansions in the IT Software services area.
Formulating strategies for Mergers & Acquisitions
Assuming responsibility for valuation and generating due diligence reports
Candidate Profile
12+ years of experience in handling Mergers and Acquisitions, with atleast 5+ years in the Software industry.
Experience in handling multi-million mergers on a global scale.
Prior experience in handling acquisitions of over and above 500 million USD
Remuneration Range: Rs. 50 + lacs per annum
