The following are the specific openings we have currently that you need to help us with.

Senior Resource : > 5 yrs in PeopleSoft with capability to lead teams of > 3 people independently and with inclination/ability to work hands on

Junior Resource : > 2 years in PeopleSoft with capability to work independently with minimum supervision

All resources should have experience in atleast 8.9 or 9.0 versions for PSFT.

1) PeopleSoft Upgrade Specialist: - 1 Senior Resource

PeopleSoft experience ranging from 4-5 years with expertise in executing PeopleSoft upgrade projects as Upgrade specialist. Experience should cover the following key areas:

Upgrade Assistant/ Change Assistant
Upgrade process execution
Upgrade procedure and phases
Development tools such as Application Engine, SQR, People Code, Query and Security


2) PeopleSoft HCM Functional
Time & Labor - 1 Senior Resource
ePerformance – 1 Senior Resource
Absence Management - 1 Senior Resource
Global Payroll - 3 Senior Resource

Should have any of Time & Labor, ePerformance, Absence Mangament or Global Payroll Functional skills over Core HR skills. Should know how to write T&L rules and perform the system setups and configuration. Should be capable of providing solutions to the requirements, preparing design documents and should have Time & Labor, ePerformance and Absenses Functional implementation experience.

We are looking for individuals having these skills over and above Core HR skills.. Profiles having any two of the above listed skills gained from implementation projects will work for us.


3) PeopleSoft HCM Functional – 2 Senior Resources

Person should have overall 6-8 years of IT experience. > 4 years in PS. Should have excellent PeopleSoft Functional skills. Should have experience in modules like Core HCM, Talent Acquisition, Candidate Gateway, Self Service modules (ESS/MSS), Payroll Interface, Community Portal. Should have knowledge about the related tables. Responsible for requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solutioning, preparation of functional design docs, testing, configurations and support.

4) PeopleSoft FSCM Functional – 1 Senior Resource

Person should have overall 6-8 years of IT experience including experience on Production Support projects. > 4 years in PSFT. Should have excellent PeopleSoft functional skills. Should have experience in modules like AR, AP, GL. Should have knowledge of working in application management, requirement gathering, solutioning, preparation of functional design docs, testing, configurations and support.

5) PeopleSoft FSCM Functional – 4 Junior Resources

Person should have overall 3-5 years of IT experience including experience on Production Support projects. Minimum 2+ years in PeopleSoft, Should have excellent PeopleSoft functional skills. Should have experience in modules like AR, AP, GL. Should have knowledge of working in application management, requirement gathering, solutioning, preparation of functional design docs, testing, configurations and support.

6) PeopleSoft FSCM Functional – 2 Senior Resource **

Person should have overall 6-8 years of IT experience including experience on Implementation Projects. > 4 years in PSFT. Should have excellent PeopleSoft functional skills. Should have experience in modules like AR, AP, GL. Should have knowledge of working in application management, requirement gathering, solutioning, preparation of functional design docs, testing, configurations and support.
